This short course is an introduction to Yoga and Yogic philosophy. Explaining the lifestyle and offering explanation and example of meditative practices. Including some lessons around the breath, food, form and thoughts. I am hoping that this course will offer insights into yoga and why everyone should be practicing in one way or another.
